Change the style of the Post Categories

    On my home page, the Categories are shown in a black box over the photos or above the title. How do I change the style to look different? (I was able to find many style changes in Soledad, but I can't locate them in PenNews)

    Please  edit this block have post category you want change color, then go to tab color   scrolldown category colors as screenshot ( http://prntscr.com/l6wy9z ).
