    In the Image Type For Archive, Category, Blog, Tag, Search Pages I have used 'Landscape' - so far so good.

    Since the theme obviously auto-crops the photos in the Category-view, sometimes it "removes" some important parts of the photo. Especially when I then view the page on desktops with multiple sizes, mobile, ... this is kind of "ugly". Also when then clicking on the blog post itself the image is so big that it gets blurry.

    So is there a special file size (measures) and file type and size for all the images you can recommend?

    Hi,

    I don't know what single post style you do using for Single Post Pages.

    But, if you want to get best results for both that pages, you can use images with the size: 1900x1266px
