I just bought your theme this week and am slowly getting the hang of it. It's quite easy to use and I'm pleased, especially with your support that I used for my logo.
Today I added my Google Analytics Tracking ID in the box in the Customizer for Footer. And I have cleared my cache. But I'm still not able to verify the site. It always fails.
You need to copy all the codes for google analytics ( NOT only Google Tracking ID ) and paste it to Customize > Footer Options > Google Analytics Code.
After that, clearly all the cache and wait a hour to get it work.
Thanks for your replies, but I'm still having trouble. Last night I inserted what I believe is the correct code in the correct place and cleared the cache. But this morning I am still unable to verify. Can you please advise. Thanks.
It appears I had something incorrectly in Yoast. I've cleaned everything up and now both Analytics and Console appear to be working. Thank you for making me think about where the problem might be. Your support is excellent!!!!
