Your config is wrong. As you can see the option for filter has description: "Enter categories, tags or custom taxonomies" - And pages doesn't include in this listed.
Let's blank this filter and you will see it work. Post Grid doesn't support for filter only one page.

We have problem with WPbakery preinstalled plugin with our bought theme.
The problem is with Post Grid. When I choose Data source as Pages there are no pages to select as include only, only posts and categories.
I think there is a bug with plugin, or plugin must be updated, but I can not update it cause need license key for it.

Ok, so what about picture #4 ? There you will see Add posts, pages, etc. by title. And it is still not working. It does not find page I'm entering

Please try go to Customize > General Options > and check to "Include Pages to Search Results" and try it again.
If it still doesn't work - that mean this block doesn't supports for filter special pages.
