    Hello,

    When I applied this theme, this is what shows up when I go to customize. Please help with this.

    Hi,

    Please make sure you've installed plugins: WPbakey Page Builder & Penci Framework. Seem you didn't active this plugins.

    Let's go to Appearance > Install Plugins and check it. That's 2 required plugins for this theme.
