Thanks for Soledad. I'm enjoying using it to develop a new website, which is still very much at the planning stage.

I'm looking for advice on how to implement a "recommendations" section in the sidebar. These recommendations would be hand-picked and vary from page to page. For example, if you are reading about item A, I want to also recommend items M and R.

Soledad's Recent Posts widget with filter by category looks like it almost meets my need, but it wouldn't be practical to have the filter category hard wired in the custom sidebar (we'd soon run out of custom sidebars). The solution I'm really hoping for is Recent Posts that match a tag that is set within this post / page.

Is there a way to set the recent posts filter on a per-page basis? If not, is there another way (shortcode?) to pass hand-picked recommendations to the sidebar?
