You can use "Penci Container" element from WPBakery Page Builder to do that.
Use this element for align to: Main Content + Left Sidebar + Right Sidebar - check this image: http://prntscr.com/lhmsu3
And select Position for mobile device here: http://prntscr.com/lhmt0x
You just can config positions of Content + Left Sidebar + Right Sidebar on PC & Mobile - currently it doesn't support config position on tablet.
