    Only Using multiple plugin third party theme team can't solved issue.


    what is this it is support or what i put there three Qus but they are given other not related my qus so please resolve my issues.

    Hi,

    Please note that:

    1/ We're in different time zone with you. So, the support can be delay about this.

    2/ Based on your questions, if your questions is complex - it need more time to check before reply for you.

    3/ The tickets will be processed in the order. Other customers has previous tickets with your tickets. We need to solve it in the order.

    Our support team has fastest support compare with all other authors on Envato. Most of tickets will be answer within 24 hours. Most of other authors on Envato will answer in 2 days - some authors answer in one week. We have 20k+ customers use different themes from us. So, that's our best. Please understand that.
