It doesn't appear that you have a fully managed service so any issues with the site itself would be for you to investigate. It would appear that you've used up the increase we provided yesterday. I would strongly recommend that you looking into what is using the disk space because the service you have it not unlimited.
Reviewing the disk space usages it appears that some core windows files have been deleted, and your cache plugin C:\Inetpub\vhosts\congosynthese.com\httpdocs\wp-content\cache\autoptimize is using more than 10GB of disk space, so I would start by checking why that plugin is using so much disk space.
looks like you didn't read they message properly. the plugin you recommended to me is the one that using all the memory space. the hosting team is asking to me to investigate, from my point of view the issue has stated since I install your recommended plugins. You should at least know what is causing problem and how to save it. It is causing me money and loosing customers
Can you tell me what's plugin you've updated to caused that issues? And can you send me a screenshot about this issue - a screenshot for your site broken..?

I change memory limit to 256M.

Please try un-minify CSS from Autoptimize and clearly all the cache. After that, follow on this issue to see it appears again or not.
That's strange issues because I visited to your site too much times and I didn't see any issues like that...

Normal, most of hosting has unlimited disk space - that's why we recommend this plugin for you.
If it caused for you issues with disk space, you can clearly all the cache from that plugin and deactivate it.
It doesn't affect much for your site speed

Yeah, that's limit from W3 Total Cache plugin. It doesn't auto clearly the cache when you put new posts.
So, please clearly the cache from W3 Total Cache after you publish a new post

I've fixed it help you by use WP Supper Cache replace with W3 Total Cache.
It will auto clearly the cache after you publish a new post. Now everything is fine
