A couple days ago I purchased Soledad and installed it on one of our smaller sites that was running on the Bridge Theme... so far I am happy what I see. That said, the Soledad elements that can be used on pages seem to be limited compared to Bridge or Newspaper that is being used on our larger site at www.professorshouse.com ...unless I'm missing something. I'd like to show posts by ID, show posts in a vertical list... without images like you see in the NY Times ( https://www.nytimes.com/ ) in many of their sections. I'd also like to be able to use off set posts. Before I move our large site over, I'd like to make sure this theme can do these things
What is the closest demo that you have with PenNews that is similar to Fashion on Soledad that I've used on www.petfriendlyhouse.com . I love the look, feel... but its missing the options for our site that has 3,000 articles at www.professorshouse.com
NOTE: The reason I selected "Fashion" was because it was clean... I did look at PenNews but I find them rather busy, something I want to get away from with Newspaper. If you look at popular 'magazine' sites like Marth Stewart - https://www.marthastewart.com/ or Canadian Living - https://www.canadianliving.com/ ... they are very clean, but have a lot of functionality.
You really should create a demo like Fashion for PenNews... clean but with more options for showcasing posts with/without images, offset posts. I did look at PenFashion... but its simply not as polished
I will try the demo out on a demo website.. and it it works for us, I'll try it on our main website that gets 3,000 visitors a day. I really like the look/feel of Fashion by Soledad and hope you will consider creating something similar for PenNews. In all honestly I don't know why so many theme providers create 'magazine' themes that are so full, cluttered and overwhelming for the end user. The key for a magazine theme in the mobile age is the ability to filter and display posts by ID, offset posts, show by category. Its not about having hundreds of sliders as most look virtually the same on a phone. You have a good thing going with "Fashion".. it just needs more filtering abilities for the administrator.
As for making a theme more busy... often less is more when it comes to design. In the old days I would agree with some of your customers, but in the mobile world we are playing with... simple is much better. You'd only have to look at some of the top magazine sites in the home/family/decor verticals to see what i mean.
Thank you so much for your feedback and loving our themes.
A tip for you: On this site: https://www.petfriendlyhouse.com/ - let's edit your homepage and select Template for your homepage is "Page VC Builder With Sidebar" - as "Default Template" is not use for build Homepage template. It will make your homepage display better.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
Yeah, you feeling like so because each people has each purpose for their site..
Some other customers said with us that we should make a theme more busy - not look simple & clean like Soledad... That's why we've built PenNews...
We can't know purposes of each customers, so we just can build other themes with other purposes for each customer
Hope you can understand it and thank you so much for your feedback.
Best Regards,
PenciDesign
We have decided to try out your PenNews on our main site that contains 3000 articles.. used the Hotel News Demo and adjusted a few fonts.
We now are using PenNews on https://www.professorshouse.com/ and Soledad on https://www.petfriendlyhouse.com/
