Please edit the page you want show comment. Click Screen Options then check "Discussion" option ( http://prntscr.com/lqdlya ), then please scrolldown  to "Discussion" box and check "Allow comments" check box as screenshot  http://prntscr.com/lqdmdg

You can try  go to Customize > Page options , then scrolldown and check "Show comment" option as screenshot http://prntscr.com/lqhgeg

And edit this page you want show comment then scrolldown to Page Option Box and and check "Show comment" option as screenshot http://prntscr.com/lqhhp5

This theme only support comment with Standaard template .
