thanks for your answer. No this is a manually insert picture. I already use this css to change the caption for those images this way. I am searching for a css which changes the automatically insert featured images on top of the post exactly the same way.
As you see on the screenshot. The upper one is the automatically insert image with activated caption, but it looks different.

Do you mean this caption? If right, please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to do that:
.wp-caption p.wp-caption-text{ font-size: 14px; text-align: left; margin-top: 0; }Change value 14 to value as you want.
