Hello! I bought the theme mainly for the recipe and review plug-ins. But somehow during updates or just in random times, recipes and review contents disappear. When I go back to my Wordpress editor, all the content previously entered for plugin goes missing and I have to keep writing them back in. Is there a way to back up any content entered in these plug-ins so I can retrieve them? I can't always remember what I wrote in them and it's stressful to keep writing them back when they disappear. Please help. Thank you!
Have you fill again the recipe fields and try it again?

Hi,
Please try do following steps here to fixed it:
1/ Edit the code like on this image and "Update File" at the bottom.
2/ Go to Appearance > Themes > and click "Update Now" button to re-update the theme.
3/ When it done, Press Ctrl + F5 on your admin page to clearly all the cache and check it again.

Hi! Thank you for the reply. I did as instructed but the recipe is gone. Where do you think the text for these went?
Same goes for the post hat was supposed to have a review in it.
