    Hi, I'd like to show featured images on top of some posts, but not in others.  Is there an easy way to I do that?

    Hi,

    If so, please go to Customize > Single Post Options > and check to "Hide Featured Image on Top"

    After that, go to edit any posts you want to add featured image on top - and add the featured image from Media Library. That's only way to do that.

    Ouch. I need the parallax effect for most of these. 

    Also, it would be nice to see a featured image in the blog grid, but not necessarily in the post itself.

    Is it possible to add the "show featured image" option at the post level, in the future release?

    Ok, I will tell with our developers about this. I'm not sure it will be added in the future updates, but I'm sure will tell with our developers about this..

    Thank you!  Many other themes support it, and I got to rely on this feature a lot...  I can't be the only one..

    Yes, the option for selectively  placing featured image to posts is also on my wishlist.
