    Hello,

    We are having an issue with some of our websites. This is not happening for all posts just random ones. The text is running across. I deactivated all plugins and that didn't resolve the issue. Please see attached screenshot. This is the link of the story: https://thealaska100.com/community/living/2018/12/17/making-a-difference/13565

    Hi,

    Strange. I didn't see this issue:

    http://prntscr.com/lwbdiz

    Please try add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to make sure no plugin affect to caused this issue:

    .post-entry p, .wpb_text_column p{ white-space: normal; }

    Best Regards,

    That is because I was manually able to fix it, but you can still see it here. deactivated all plugins to see if it was causing the issue, but the issue still persists.https://thealaska100.com

    Hi,

    If so, please try replace it with this code:

    .penci-grid li .item p, .penci-masonry .item-masonry p, .post-entry p, .wpb_text_column p{ word-break: break-word; }

    Best Regards,

    Yes, I could add this code but it is messing up the text. Breaking in the middle of the words. I actually need to resolve the root of this issue not just put a temporary solution because this same problem is happening on multiple sites that we have using Soledad theme.

    Hi,

    I found the issues.

    I don't understand why your posts content come with too much special characters - check this image

    Your content use too much   to create white space between text.

    Let's edit your posts > change it to "Text" tab and replace all that special characters to white space.

    After that, check it again. If you keep it - the issues will appears for all themes - not for our theme only because this is issues with your content - doesn't related with the theme.

    Best Regards,

    PenciDesign

    I switched to the text editor and do not see any special characters. See attached screenshot.

    Hi,

    Let's CUT ( NOT COPY  ) all old content of that posts > paste it to Notepad > and copy again from Notepad > and paste it back to your content and try again. I think the issues will gone.

    Best Regards,

    PenciDesign

    Also I noticed that the social media links are not showing up for TheKentucky100.com and the logo will not be center aligned. Tried checking theme options, everything looks set up correctly there.

    Hi here, that is not what I mean. By default the social media icons, once they urls are filled out in Theme Settings, show up on the top right of the screen. It is not showing up for us.

    Also logo is not centering

    Hello,

    We noticed that the developers of the Instagram widget that came packaged with your theme are no longer supporting it. Is there another widget that you recommend?

    Okay, well our instagram images are not showing up and the username information is correct. Could you send the latest version of the plugin?

    PenciDesign replied

    Hi,

    Please download latest version here.

    And go to Plugins > All Plugins > deactivate & remove plugin "Instagram Slider Widget" - after that, upload latest version you downloaded above.

    When you done, go to Appearance > Widgets > edit "Instagram Slider Widget" > check again the settings and click "Save Changes" it again.

    Is there an easier way to be notified when updates are available for the plugin inside of Wordpress instead of reaching out to you every time there is a problem with the Instagram widget? This is like the third instance of this happening.
