    Hi 

    we have downloaded the Pennews theme for Themforest website and installed and imported the demo content for our website. But if we want to change any thing on the website after this the basic edit page is not coming and the theme became unresponsive.

    The basic word press page edit page is not also coming

    Hi,

    Strange, Please try deactivate all plugins( excrept plugins come from the theme and try again  ) - If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

    If it doesn't work, please send me your website management information ( admin url site, username and password ). In a private reply . I will check it help you.

    Hi,

    I checked on your site.

    It seems that the mod_substitute module default configuration may cause a timeout error when loading large pages . I added the following lines in the .htaccess file located in your website main folder:

    .htaccess

    <IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
