    Hi PenciDesign, 

    On my main side bar I have a widget called Newsletter.


    Is it possible to delete:

    List choice 

    Snowflakes Are All Around Me


    - and it will still work?

    Yeah, you can. Please go to Dashboard > MailChimp for WP > Form > and use the markup like we said here
