1) I've used the Google Adsense box to place my affiliate disclosure in all posts. However, I'd like this to appear with the date and formatting like the date. How do I do this? Right now it looks like the text is unformatted. I'd also like to include a link to my Terms fo Use page in this disclosure, is this possible?
2) Is it possible to move the email subscription form at the bottom of my homepage to a different position on the page? I'd also like for it to be much thinner so it doesn't take up as much room.
3) When you navigate to my categories, it's showing 5 posts, but with the two column grid, it looks odd because the last row only has one post. How do I change this so it shows an even number and full grid before the Load More button?

Also, you should use HTML markup like we said on the documentation here to make it display better on footer.
