I think you're missing my point. I know that, and I still want my category page to display posts from that category, but I want these posts to be presented inside a context, not just into a grid of articles.
I'm trying to find a way I can create a static page of something that isn't a static page.

I know I can't make a category page a static one using the theme. However, I see that I can write on it and add images just like in a post.
My question is: can I remove all the posts (in that category) showing below the text or images I might add to it?
I hope it's clear, please let me know if you need further explanation.

Hi,
You shouldn't do that because all category pages will display posts from that category - If you hide the posts - It's not called category page.

Unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't support this feature.
I think you can write your content via category description..
