my web host has advised that my website is going offline due to CPU over usage because of 404 requests from apple touch icons.
When the website is accessed from Safari, the application is looking for apple touch icons that do not exist and each if these requests created another index.php execution:
How can i prevent this on the theme as i like the theme but it keeps going down?
It seems that, images does not exist on the your site.Please re-add images on your site.

Also i have lost my social log ins that i believe came with the theme. Can you advise what the plugin used by default was so i can download again?

Do you see errors on 2 sites?
Do you have a touch icon defined in the head meta tags, sounds like something is looking for them. Here's a thing from stackoverflow
