    I would like to know how to remove the banner ad and white space under the header. I am using header 9. See link and attached. Thanks!

    I didn't see any banner below header on your site: http://prntscr.com/mi8nbh

    Seem you're using google adsense auto ads - it will add ads random place on your site. That's normal when it put below the header like on the image you sent. Because we can't control the position to appears of google adsense auto ads.
