I'm at the very beginning (because unfortunately I bought another theme before and it was quite not adjustable and buggy...) and I'm currently looking and testing detailed how everything works.
Until now I understood everything and this theme is really very nice to use.
1)
But I don't find an option to remove the borders/change the style of the recent posts/popular posts/etc. widgets.
=> I'd like they have a similar/same/good "fitting" style like the widget header style in the sidebar.
=> Is it possible to easy test different styles (like from the other demos)?
I found something in the customizer of the sidebar:
Remove Border Outer on Widget Heading
Remove Arrow Down on Widget Heading
But it's probably not what I'm looking for because it doesn't change it(?)
=> How do I change if title is left center or right aligned?
=> Is it possible to have the same style for all widgets?

Is it possible to insert the author widget in a page like i can do with "latest posts" or "featured category" (with VC)?

Please make sure you've updated the theme to latest version 7.3.6 - if not, let's update the theme by do following this guide.
After update the theme to latest version, don't forget updates plugins via Appearance > Install Plugins > click on "Update Available" tab. ( NOT Plugins > All Plugins - please don't understand wrong. )
When you done, check it again.
Also, you can't create a new ticket because your support is expired, let's renew the support to keep support from us. Hope you can understand that's the terms from Envato Market and we can't violate it.

Thank you for loving our theme.
1/ For change heading widget titles on the sidebar, please check options for it via Customize > Options & Colors for Sidebar.
You can do the same way for heading titles on the featured categories on homepage via Customize > Colors for Homepage & Home Title Box Options
2/ Unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't support for author widget..
