    Hi,

    Please select your Template for your widget is "Thumbnails - Without Borders"

    Also, I see your site has protected password. Maybe that caused the issues, let's try remove the protected and check it again.

    If it still doesn't work, seem your hosting has been blocked for Instagram API, let's try use this plugin Instagram Feed to display your instagram images instead of Instagram Slider Widgets.
