Seem you have a plugin caused this issue. Please try deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and check it again. After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
As I checked on your site, the URL of author still appears correct on the single posts page - but when you click on that URL - the author URL auto redirect to homepage. So, I'm sure it come from a plugin from you with a redirect. Let's check it again with your plugins

As you can see thru this link: https://guide-goyav.com/singapour-cosmopolite-dans-lame/, the author link redirect on the Homepage and won't redirect to the user profile.
