    Hi, 

    How do I specify which posts are the Editor's Picks? Currently, this widget displays my latest 3 posts.

    Hi,

    That's a category. You can create a new category "Editor's Picks" and pick any posts you want to display for this category. After that, go to edit the widget and select to filter widget by that category.
