    Hi,

    We bought your Pen News Theme with 12 months extended support.

    Your download package is MISSING one of the main plugins PENCI FRAMEWORK.

    Due to that the entire website is getting broken.

    Can you kindly provide us with the latest version of that plugin.

    NEED IT ASAP.

    Please go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and install all recommend plugins theresmile.png

    The plugin is just not available in the download package.. How to install.

    Thanks so much. Issue resolved. The installation is done form an external source. That's what I was wondering about.
