This sub domain dev.gstv is not for public view. This is for our testing and development ONLY. THE DATA in this dev site is a clone of the main site data.
Once we are happy and finalized we will install the theme on the main site and transport all the setting from this "DEV" site.
The question is
1. How do we activate the theme in this installation of wordpress https://dev.gstv.in/
Cause all theme features are not available without activation. We are a news organization and we need to be 100% sure before we can change main site.
2. When we finalize and transport to the main installation https://www.gstv.in/ will there be any activation problems?

This is our primary website. This is built on some other theme. We are now upgrading this website.
So we contacted our Dedicated Server guys and made a copy (CLONE) of the site. We worked on the copy website using your theme. That can be found at

Please go to Dashboad > PenNews > Active theme and insert your envato code as screenshot http://prntscr.com/n12vzq
After you finalize and transport to the main, please remove PenNews theme on the site dev.
