Strange, I just checked that option and I see everything still working fine.
So, please try:
1/ Check again your google ads code - make sure that code is not google auto ads and you've copied all the code from google ads.
2/ Deactivate all plugins and check it again. After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
3/ Make sure your PHP version on your hosting is 5.6+
