I have a major issue that I believe is related to the Soledad theme ( I have installed Soledad Hipster). I ran a test on my website (www.kallisteha.com) and results are very bad (following link)
There are several mistakes (page weight, images weight, coding errors (java script), CSS... see report)
I am quit surprised with the results because my images are light (300ko). Before re designing my website with the soledad theme I had no issues at all. The speed was very good even though the images are the same. I have also noticed that some of my bloggers friends present heavy images on their websites, and their loading speed is very good, not affected by the images (they do not use Soledad). I also ran a test on my friend's website (mikuta.com) that also uses Soledad and speed results are bad too.
I therefore ran a test on the demo and results are also terrible. (foolowing link)
This is a very concerning issue because my bounding rate has been increasing ever since the day I implemented Soledad. Therefore I am significantly losing visitors.
Is there anything you could do? When are you guys planning on working on those issues? Is there anything I could do meanwhile?
One note for you: The page speed test tool doesn't reflect the real speed of the website. Most of page speed test tool tested the speed based on compression images, compression js, css, html..
So, just need to make sure the site is not slow with you is okDoesn't care about the test tool. It doesn't affect anything to your SEO or your traffic.

Hi,
Yeah, that's normal because most of online test speed tool requirements website optimize the images.
It requirements compression the images - not resize the images
With me, when I access to your site - it just take about 2s to load - that's great speed for any website.
If you want to optimize it more, check this guide:
