When I don't enter an amount for calories and fat content it automatically sets these to 200 and 20 when published (fields are still empty). Is there a way to prevent this? Or just set these to 0?
I mention it, because I noticed it is displayed in google search results. Which I don't find ideal. I don't mind the warnings as it still gives two warnings if you don't use the video and rating fields. I believe fat content and calories aren't mandatory for recipes.

Hi,
Yeah, but it will hidden - the readers can't read it - just google can read it. That information will help your recipe can validate on google structure data for recipe here: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool?hl=en
If you don't have that information, all your recipe will get a warning.
