Vertical Mobile Menu Not Displaying

    Hi. I must not be understanding something. If I enable the vertical menu on my site, it appears on the desktop and removes the main nav bar. But if I don't enable the vertical menu on my site, it doesn't show on my mobile (iPhone 8-Plus). Neither do all the selections for the mobile menu, such as a background image or full width.

    I've turned off all plugins except those required, and my Wordpress is up-to-date, I have the most recent php, etc. I've also played around in both the "Vertical Nav & Menu Hamburger Options" and the "Vertical Mobile Nav" trying different things, but nothing works; disabling the boxed layout doesn't help.

    I either have the vertical menu enabled in order to see it on my mobile, but then it also appears on my desktop and removes the main nav, but it doesn't show any customization when it's on my mobile. It must be something simple, but I'm not able to figure it out.

    I'm also the one who's having trouble with my boxed layout repeating the background image. Maybe these issues are connected. Thank you!

    Please go to Cutomize > Addtional CSS then add custom css to change color of  toggle menu bar as screenshot

    #close-sidebar-nav:before {

    }
    .penci-header-mobile .menu-toggle,
    .penci_dark_layout .menu-toggle {
        color: #fff;
    }

    Hi PenNews! I would never have figured out that the color was the same for the mobile nav button as it was for the background header and therefore simply wasn't visible. Don't I feel stupid! Thank you for taking the time! The fix worked perfectly.

    Hi,

    I checked on your site.

    I saw you change background  image on page.

    Change background boxed layout, please go to Customize > Layout boxed then change background as screenshot http://prntscr.com/ni5z0z

    Make sure that  block on home page not use background. If block use background, please remove it.

    Thank you so much!! It worked. Plus I had to change the "Background Body Boxed Size" to auto. Thank you!!
