    Hi,

I've installed soledad and changed my theme from my old one (brixton) to soledad.

Unfortunately afterwards all my thumbnails disappeared.

I updated my post thumbnails for my Posts: Posts > Add New/Edit Post > Set Featured Image

and used the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails: admin > Tools > Regen. Thumbnails >  "Regenerate All Thumbnails" .

Nevertheless it's still not working. But all other pictures (about me pic, pics in posts,...) are displayed.

    Thank you in advance!

    Kind regards Magdalena

    Hi,

Thank you for purchased our theme.

This issue caused by you've enable lazyload images from Jetpack plugin or WP Rocket or use a plugin to create lazyload images - let's find and disable it. Because this theme already support this feature from itself - so, you don't need to use any plugin for create lazyload images for this.

    Hi :)

it seems as I have the same issue again :/ But just a few images aren't shown (please see images attached), some are still here.

On some browsers (safari) it works fine, on other browsers (ie chrome) I don't see them anymore :(

Thank you so much for your help!

    All the best

    Hi,

I just checked your site on chrome and I found this issue caused by your hosting - doesn't related with the theme itself.

When I tried to access to one image on Chrome, example this image - it auto go 404 page - check this image

So, please contact with your hosting provider and ask them about this. It's issues related with your hosting itself.

    Hi,

thank you so much for your reply.

The hosting provider told me, that for the working ones, the link is based on the CSS rule 'background image'  and the ones that are not working use "data-src" . But I didn't create the images differently.. Do you know, why they look different in the backend?

The hosting provider also told me, that they get an error message from my /log/php_error.log:

[22-Jan-2020 10:12:30 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class
JSMin_UnterminatedStringException, because the name is already in use in
    /data/web/e66981/html/apps/wordpress-46087/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/Minify/JSMin.php
    on line 0

[22-Jan-2020 10:12:30 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output
buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0

Maybe that's the reason? I've already deactivated the w3-total-cache plugin, but I still can't see all pictures.

    Thank you so much!

    Best regards

    Hi,

The error log doens't related with your issues - It's caching warrning from plugin W3 Total Cache - no problems with this.

It seesm the support staff from your hosting provider don't know about this issue.

It doesn't related with use data-src or anything else - because we're using lazyload images inside background - so, of course the markup need to be like that.

The issues here is:  Access direct to the image URL - it doesn't load and go to 404 page. And it's not issues related with the theme itself.

Please send my previous reply to the support staff from your hosting and requirement them check it carefully.

    Hi :)

Unfortunately the thumbnails from my new posts aren't shown again (see screenshot). Maybe you know what that could be?

    Thank you so much!

    Hi,

As I can see, all other featured images displayed fine. So, please try remove currently featured image, change image name and re-upload it. Clearly all the cache and check it again.
