    We need to have a specific mobile home page. How can we configure this need in our theme?

    Hi,

    Do you want  build mobile version of home page ?

    If right, you can use block shortcode and only show block on mobile as screenshot http://prntscr.com/nk6dd9

    or install and active  Penci PenNews AMP plugin  then  go to Dashboad > Apperance > Customizer AMP > advanced settings  then check "Show AMP for Mobile Visitors" option
