Yeah, we're still find more about this. But, please understand for us is google page speed recently updated too much things. As I checked, currently there is no any themes for Blog/News on Envato has better score on google page speed. You can test for any site the speed on google and you will see it appears for all sites now.
So, I'm sure at this time, the google page speed doesn't affect anything to your site. Also, when I access to your site, it will take about 2s to load - that's great speed for any websiteGoogle page speed doesn't reflect real speed of a site.

But in Gtmatrix and other tools my site speed showing more than 8 Sec.

yes, i am facing this issue its takes more than 7 sec. to fully load with images on my system.

If you want to disable lazyload images, please check options for it via:
Disable lazyload images on category mega menu on Customize > Logo and Header Options
Disable lazyload images on all layouts, widgets on Customize > General Options
Disable lazyload images on featured slider on Customize > Featured Slider Options
Disable lazyload images on single posts page on Customize > Single Post Options
