The view all button is missing while required. Is there any specific configuration required for it, or a plugin missing?

That's the shortcode used within the page. But the button is not displayed.

Could it be, that the license is required to be activated? If yes, is it possible to activate the license for an test environment and for production or do we need to buy 2 licences?

@Stefanie: Can you tell me your site url and tell me where the buttons doesn't appears?
