I've seen the video about gallery creation (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3nnPsTC3Vo), but with wordpress 5 we have Gutenberg editor. If a  choose gallery block, I didn't see any options to choose gallery format (masonry, slider, grid, ecc). Any solutions?

Hi highspeed_videos,

you have to use the block wysiwyg editor instead of the standard Gutenberg gallery, than select add new media (see screenshot).
