When you done, you can go to Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widget "Custom HTML" to "Sidebar Hamburger Widgets Above Menu" or "Sidebar Hamburger Widgets Below Menu" > and put the ads code there.
2/ That's "Related Posts Popup" - you can enable & check options for it via Customize > Single Post Options.

Could you tell me how I can set up these 2 advertising blocks:
1) Static block on the right side of the Homepage which floats if I press "Open".

1/ That's demo bar we've created for our demos only - it just showing the demos from our theme and it doesn't include in the theme.
I think you can do the same thing by use Menu Hamburger.
Please go to Customize > Vertical Nav & Hamburger Menu Options > and check to "Enable Menu Hamburger"
