    how do I display a homepage like that of the Bizmag demo where post show then an Ad banner show then posts then show ad banner

    Hi,

    You can check this video tutorial to know how to config homepage magazine by use customizer.

    And if you're using featured category:  XXX for example on the homepage and want to make the ads display below that category - please go to Posts > Categories > edit category XXX > scroll down and add your ads code on "Add Google Adsense Code/Custom HTML below this category"
