When I go to my website on Chrome and Internet Explorer, my site will not scroll all the way down. It glitches. I have disabled smooth scroll feature, added an overflow and body height adjustment in custom css, deactivated certain plugins that were installed prior to the problem and nothing has fixed the issue. I really hope I do not have to reset the entire theme with settings in order to fix this problem.
