    Hi,

    Just a quick question : I have few pages and posts made with elementor.

    To switch to PenNews and WP Backery, can I just desactivate and remose the plugin, or do I need to switch back all posts and page to default wordpress first and remove elementor and install wp backery ? 

    what is the best, cleaner way, to avoid conflicts

    Hi,

    If you deactive elementor ,  a few pages and posts made with elementor  not work.

    You can active elementor  and From elementor to WP Backery plugin then set up new page with WP Backery.
