I've created a mailchimp form and followed your instructions. I added it to the Header Signup Form widget and it appears right above the featured slider. I would like it to show below the slider. I saw in the comments to go to Customizer > Colors & Options for Header and there is a checkbox to move the form to below the slider but it doesn't do anything.
I set the home page up as a page using the Visual Composer elements so I could style it exactly as I needed. Is this the reason why the form is above the slider? Is there a way to get it below the slider?
Thank you very much for your quick reply and showing me this video. Wow! I didn't know you could customize the magazine layout like this. Thank you so much for your help. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for your help! I love this theme!
Hi,
Thank you for loving our theme.
Yeah, currently the theme doesn't supports for display Header SignUp Form below the slider when you use Static homepage.
With your current homepage, I recommend you build it by use Customizer - and you can do that by use Customize to config the homepage.
Please do following steps to do that:
1/ Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading > and make your config look like this image.
2/ Check this video tutorial to know how to config homepage by use Customize
And you can do the same with your current homepage when use Customize to config your homepage
Best Regards,
