    Hi, 

    How do I format my comments box to look like the one on this page?

    http://soledad.pencidesign.com/soledad-food/pasta-with-peas-and-ham/

    I want the same title wording and formatting (ie. ----- Leave a Comment ------ ) and also the name and email address boxes. Right now, mine looks like the attached when I turn it on.

    Seem you've enabled comment from Jetpack plugin - let's check & deactivate it.

    You've logged in with your admin account. So, you can't see it.

    Let's logout and you will see it.
