    Hi there,

The instagram slider on my site says 'No Images found Try some other hashtag or Username' I have tried deleting and adding it back on again but no change. I have tried reinstalling the plugin but still no luck. This is most like after the update. Could you please help me with this?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

We've fixed that issue in the latest update of Soledad ( version 6.3.3 )

Please update the theme to latest version and go to Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widget "Soledad Instagram Feed" to your sidebar ( replace with widget "Instagram Slider" ) and config it.

Recently Instagram just updated the API - this caused the issue.

You can check this guide to know how to update this theme to latest version.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

I've done as suggested, but the images are not being shown correctly. :(

Specifically, they just stay in a single column, even if I've put the same exact settings I had in the past (9 images, 3 columns, Thumbnails -> see here https://prnt.sc/p14nee for confirmation).

You can see the current situation at https://alessandrocarpentiero.com

I've already tried to flush the cache and all that, but nothing changed.

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi @alessandrocar88,

As I checked, your site still load old css file from previous version.

Please make sure you clearly all the cache - that's caching issues only.

Thank you for your kind reply, I much appreciate it!

It was weird as I flushed all the possible cache, but still the feed wouldn't show correctly.
So, I went on and manually deactivated all the cache plugins I have, the re-enabled them, and it works now :)

    Thanks!

    Best Regards,

    Alessandro
