I have an another tip to ask to you with the same widget : It's possible to order post by "Review score number" and it's good. But, i need to order by "User score number". Do you have any option like this or do you have custom CSS code to insert to make it possible ?
At the end of this post, there is the author review, and after a user review (me for this exemple) ok?
In the right side bar, your can see "TOP 5 REVIEWS". A widget i added with Block 7 ok?
The problem for this widget is i can just order my reviews only by "author score number". I need to order the reviews by "user score number". You understand ?
I am sure you can find a custom css code to modify this option. This is very very important for me.
Unfortunatelty, currently this theme doesn't support the feature.
We will consider to add more this feature in the next update version of PenNews. I'm not sure it will be added but i'm sure we will consider about this.

"Recent Reviews" widget to show post have review same comment.
It appears you want show post of review category.
If right,please try user shortcode block ( Ex: block5 )

I don't really understand why you didn't include this fonction for a theme with review widget, i feel a little bit disapointed.
For next update, keep in mind that is just few lines to add in review.css file ;)
