I have upload a video please check , I think the theme structure have a bug because where I visit your demos or open my site witch i have your theme cpu usage is to hight my cpu clock speed is ver good but when a visitor visit my site or the theme of your clien wich you have sold in envato they computer or phone will be whery slow wen they visit my site or yours demo or yours client site , please chek your theme and told me how or what to to to fix .
Don't worry about the issue. It appears on my PenNews demo has many blocks and we use layzyload image, loading of images until they become visible in the client's viewport.
If you can disable lazy load on your site and use some one block, it work fine.
And check this guide to know optimize speed on your site.

You can try go to Customize > General Options then check "disable lazyload image" option and reduce block on home page.

I am having same problem as this, the CPU is taking high load than normal website. Even, i haven't even uploaded any content on my website. With bigger website, my CPU usage is 1% (40 tabs open), but with my sites its closes to 15-20%. I do understand the initial fluctuation, and am talking about after the website is loaded.
