    Hi,

    Unfortunately, I don't find where to change default color for Drop Cap and defult menu item.

    Is there any options to change it in customizer?

    Hi,

    to change color menu, please go to Customize > Color for Header > then change color on main bar as screenshot 


    change color  for Drop Cap , please go to Customize > Addtional CSS then add custom css to change color

    .penci-dropcap-box,
    .penci-dropcap-circle {
     background-color: #3f51b5;
        color: #fff;
    }
.penci-dropcap-box-outline,
    .penci-dropcap-circle-outline{
         border: 2px solid #3f51b5;
        color: #3f51b5;
    }
.penci-dropcap-regular,
    .penci-dropcap-bold{
     color: #3f51b5;
    }

    you can change color, border color, background color to any color you want
