    I import demo help you.

    It appears that  your hosting not support pennew import demo.

    We recommend contact with  provide hosting and ask about the issue.

    If import demo still not work, please try use 

    1/ WordPress Importer plugin to import content data

    2/ Customizer Export/Import plugin to import customize data

    3/Widget Importer & Exporter plugin to import  widget data
