1) changed the Menu name of one of the categories from Blogging to 'My Content Creator Journey'' and after I saved I noticed that the second section of my blog disappeared. I checked and the posts were associated to the new category name, so not sure what happened (red circle)
2) how do i apply the drop down menu for the ''Travel Favorites'' menu? (yellow circle)

Is your support expired? If your support is expired, you can't be create a new ticket.
Let's renew the support to create the ticket.
Note: After renew the support, maybe you can take a few time to Envato API update your purchases and you can create a new ticket normal.
