Hi there- I installed Soledad and I absolutely love it. Just one quick question that I couldn't find the answer to yet:
Two of the plugins are marked as required: Penci Shortcodes and Valpress Post Formats. Why are these required? I uninstalled them and my site still works just fine. I'd like to have the fewest number of plugins possible, so can you just let me know if there's a reason I need these two?
This theme doesn't required any plugin - all plugins come with the theme is add-on features.
But, we're recommend you install Penci Shortcodes & Valpress Post Formats to supports you better when you build your content Anyway, if you don't need it, you can deactivate it. No problems.
