What would be the best procedure if I want to take the Soledad installation that I've customised for my current site (londonducklings) and copy that over as basis for a new site with a new license?
You can use plugin Customizer Export/Import ( after installed plugin, go to Customize > Export/Import and you can see options for import or export the customization data ) to export all your customization data and import it to your new site.
Is there any discount buying a second license?
